How Do Custom Orders Work?

1. Feel free to reach out by email, phone or a message on social media. We will review custom order requests to see if it's something we're able to accommodate for you and then discuss ideas with you to create something wonderful!

2. Next, once a custom order idea is agreed upon, we will send you a creation and shipping timeline and a price for your order.

3. If you would like to proceed, we will create a custom listing for you to make payment

4. We will notify you as soon as the order is complete to arrange pick up or delivery

Policy Notice: all custom orders will not begin production until payment is complete. Additionally, returns cannot be made for custom orders but your satisfaction is important and we are happy to work with you as best as possible to ensure product satisfaction.
